Terms and Conditions

WARRANTY:
The client acknowledges and agrees that GUITAR RECOVERY LLC cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the services rendered or to be rendered. Rather, services shall be executed in a professional manner and in accordance with good industry practice and will be FREE OF DEFECTS DUE TO WORKMANSHIP for the life of the guitar, as long as you own it.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
The Client acknowledges and agrees that GUITAR RECOVERY LLC will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the Client has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage.

FORCE MAJEURE:
GUITAR RECOVERY LLC shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance required hereunder if caused by reason of any occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, fire, insurrection, strikes, lock-outs or other serious labor disputes, riots, earthquakes, floods, explosions or other acts of nature.

POSSESSION OF GOODS: The Client grants permission to GUITAR RECOVERY LLC to temporarily hold The Client items until agreed-upon services and materials have been paid in full

PAYMENT: The Client agrees to payment within 15 days after receipt of invoice for services provided. In the event of non-payment, GUITAR RECOVERY LLC reserves the right to suspend services or halt the delivery of goods until the outstanding balance is paid in full. The Client shall be responsible for all reasonable collection costs, including legal fees, incurred in the recovery of past-due amounts.
